Creamy Pea Soup – Vegan

By far the best soup I have made – and so quick and easy to share with the dogs. Major ingredients : My Smart Foods – Plant

Boil 2 cup of water

add: 3 c of frozen organic peas

simmer for 3 minutes. Pour it all into the blender and blend until smooth. Now add:

4 scoops of My Smart foods PLANT

1 heaping teaspoon of organic turmeric powder

2 heaping TB of yeast flakes (Red Star)

Blend it all well, pour back into the pot. I used another 1/2 cup of water to rinse out the blender.

Add: 1/2 TB of coconut oil.

Add this point I took half of it out for the dogs. They ‘ll have it tonight with some whole grain spelt spaghetti.

Into my half I added salt, pepper, sprinkled cayenne pepper on top and a few pumpkin seeds. And you can add loads of chives or parsley.

This is a huge success for anyone who loves soup. Protein packed, high fiber and so healthy. Great for colour as well.

Enjoy!

PS. If you read this and you have no clue what the smart foods are – just email me and I’ll enlighten you.
